Pathways to Triumph was founded on the belief that everyone deserves access to opportunity, guidance, and the confidence to pursue meaningful work.

Founder and CEO Marvina Hamilton has spent her career at the intersection of people, purpose, and possibility. With decades of experience spanning corporate recruiting, higher education, workforce development, and community engagement, Marvina has helped a countless number of individuals discover their strengths, prepare for the workforce, and take the next step toward living a fulfilled life - professionally and personally.

From advising college students and alumni on career strategy, resumes, and interviews, to partnering with employers and Fortune 500 companies to create equitable hiring pathways, Marvina understands both sides of the hiring process and how to bridge the gap between talent and opportunity.

Her work has included advocating for students at HBCUs, supporting individuals with disabilities in securing gainful employment, facilitating leadership development programs, building strategic partnerships that expand access to internships and careers, and volunteering to empower women for better work and life opportunities.  As a former business owner herself, Marvina also understands the courage and resilience required to build something meaningful from the ground up.
